Equipment Introduction

LL spiral chute is a type of new gravity separation equipment,which combines the advantages of spiral concentrator, shaking table and centrifugal concentrator. Therefore, it is new beneficiation equipment with the advanced level.

Spiral Chute is made up of feeder, feed chute, spiral flute, bracket, intercepting slot, and supporting frame, etc. Spiral chute produced by Zenith is made of the fiberglass lined with wear-resistant polyurethane and corundum cover; the advantages are small footprint, without power, moisture proof, anti-rust, wear proof, anti corrosion and no noise, properly suitable for the different feeding particle sizes. it is especially for concentrating sand ore in beach, riverside, seashore and stream.

Application Of LL Spiral Chute

Spiral chute is applicable to separate metallic minerals granularity between 4 —0.02, such as iron , ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum-niobium ore, gravel mine, zirconite and rutile as well as other nonferrous metals, rare metals and nonmetallic minerals with adequate gravity difference.It's easy and reliable to operate and maintain, also with high capacity and separating efficiency.

Working Principle of LL Spiral Chute

Stick up the spiral chute, adjust vertical line, and fix it to a proper place with hob ore timber; Deliver the ore slurry to the two feeding opening at top of the spiral chute with the help of sand pump; Add supplementary water to adjust slurry thickness. Then slurry flows down automatically and rotarily from the top.

A inertial centrifugal force is formed along the rotary bevel with flow speed, so that ore and sand can be divided under rotary steam and centrifugal force according to the slurry's different specific gravity, grain size and shape. Next, final ore flows to the final ore hopper and conveyed out by pipe and picked up, and final sand flows to final sand hopper and coveyed out by pipe to sand pond. Then remove the sand pump. That is the whole concentrating process.
